Purpose and authorized use
This service is operated for Chua Tong Hin Marketing’s authorized team. The Google account owner authorizes the sender connection. Inventory access is limited to users granted an account by the CTH administrator. Keep account credentials private and use the service only for authorized business activities.
Review before purchasing
Stock summaries reflect posted balances and configured thresholds at the time of preparation. Pending receipts, movements and orders may not be included. Suggested quantities require a person to review current stock and outstanding orders. An email does not create a purchase order, commit CTH to a purchase or change an inventory balance.
Development status and availability
The linked Stock app is currently a development environment and test messages are labelled. Do not treat sample data as real inventory. Email delivery depends on valid Google authorization, provider availability and correct configuration. A quiet day produces no summary; absence of email is not confirmation that stock is healthy. Use Stock Level Control to check current conditions directly.
Sender controls and privacy
The sender owner may revoke Google access, and the administrator may switch alerts off. Data handling is described in the privacy policy. The service may change as it is developed; this page will be updated to reflect material changes.
