Daily stock summaries for the CTH team, sent through the business Gmail account authorized by its owner.

CTH Smart Stock monitors approved inventory balances against minimum and target levels set by authorized administrators. Its email service sends a summary at 9:00 AM Malaysia time when monitored products are low or out of stock.

What the email contains

Product and warehouse names, current balances, configured minimum and target levels, and suggested replenishment quantities. Verified pallet equivalents appear where a product has an approved conversion. A link takes the team to Stock Level Control for review.

Gmail access

The authorized sender grants permission to send email and identify the connected Google account. This Gmail connection does not request permission to read the inbox. Only the operator connects the sender; recipients do not need to connect Gmail to receive a summary.

The current Stock app is a development environment. Test emails are labelled. Suggestions require human review; the email service does not place supplier orders or change stock.
